During the assessment call prepare to get some movement in whilst Kristina will lead you through a comprehensive questionnaire and movement assessment protocol adjusted to your abilities and goals. 

Step 3

Set a date for your Six-week training program delivery call where Kristina herself walks you through each exercise, making sure you are ready and confident to smash the program week by week with ever-growing satisfaction of your better version of yourself.
